Bringing a complex brief to life
This ambitious three-month production delivered over three minutes of cinematic animation, taking the project from initial concept and animatic through to sound design and final delivery. Working closely with the client throughout the process, we were responsible for every stage of production, blending design, storytelling, visual effects, and technical execution to bring a highly complex brief to life.
By adopting an agile production process and continually iterating on the work, we were able to maintain momentum, meet key deadlines, and deliver a cohesive final film that balanced technical complexity with engaging visual storytelling.
Challenges and Solutions
The goal was to present the aircraft as both an engineering product and a vision of future mobility. This meant creating imagery that felt technically grounded while retaining the visual excitement expected from a launch film.
Built entirely in CG, the project combined detailed vehicle modelling with large-scale environment creation and cinematic animation. Particular attention was paid to the lighting and materials to emphasise the clean industrial design of the aircraft, while dynamic light trails were used to accentuate the motion of the rotors and flight systems. The result is a series of visuals that blend product visualisation with cinematic storytelling, showcasing the aircraft in a way that feels both aspirational and achievable.
